Susan Clancy, MBA, ACC

Susan's professional background is in Operational Finance, having worked in various industries including manufacturing, technology, Internet publishing, and global development. Much of her career was focused internationally, managing finance groups in Europe, Russia, and Asia. Most recently she was CFO and head of Mission Investing of an international non-profit called ACCION, which is a leading force in the area of micro finance. Susan played a key role at ACCION in the redefinition of their strategy and global expansion.

For the last two years, Susan has dedicated herself to augmenting her understanding of how groups and individuals flourish. To that end, she has completed two certificate programs, one in Psychology and the other being GISC’s Competency Development Program for Coach Certification. She is currently launching a leadership coaching practice and serving as CFO of a civic engagement start-up.


A graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Business School, she has lived in Newton MA over 20 years with her husband Brian Clancy.
