GISC's Education Initiative

Transformative Leadership for Strong Educational Systems

Strong, sustainable, effective educational system requires the ability to balance the value of what exists and the potential of what could be. The Education Initiative partners with educators to support them in accomplishing their own goals. Our programs are designed to encourage educators to engage all members of their system or classroom, in order to meet the complex relational requirements of any successful change and development process.

“I am in the right line of work! I love the ideas, the people and the support around these discussions. I’m looking forward to learning and practicing more Gestalt concepts in my role at work.”

“I have received far more positive feedback during the past two and a half days than I had in the past 20 years of teaching experience. It’s amazing how, when colleagues are encouraged to point out what’s well developed, so much that is useful and good is elicited!”
