GISC leadership training ranges from short overview programs to intensive leadership development. Many programs include coaching to support, accelerate, and integrate learning.

We ask all leaders who are new to GISC to begin with our 2-day Leading Self program to establish a foundation for further leadership development.


Our 2-day Essentials of Leadership teaches emerging leaders and new managers the most important skills for leading others, including delegation and performance management.


More senior leaders with highly-demanding leadership responsibilities enroll in our intensive Leading in the Middle or Mastering Executive Leadership programs. Senior leaders can then return for focused learning or engage their entire team or organization in adopting GISC's Gestalt leadership model by bringing custom training into their organization or by taking advantage of our group discounts when sending entire work teams for training.


We also offer other workshops and conferences on specific topic areas. Many of our leaders at all levels have found great value in the programs we have designed for consultants and coaches so you may want to explore our practitioner pages, as well as individual development programs.
