Cross-Disciplinary Training at GISC

One of GISC's unique features is that we train not only practitioners-consultants, coaches, and therapists - but also organizational leaders, executives, and other professionals. This makes for a diverse and rich environment where the work of one group serves to inform and enliven the other. Many of our practitioner participants find great value in the cross-training advantages of taking programs originally developed
for leaders and other individuals, and in the perspective that comes from learning with people from other disciplines. Please visit those sections for additional program options.

Sending Clients to GISC Programs

Consultants and coaches have also sent their clients to our leadership and personal development programs with great success. Please see our page on sending clients
for more information.

GISC is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychotherapists (APA, CE) for all programs we offer. GISC maintains responsibility for all programs and their content. Eight practitioner programs have been approved for Social Work Continuing Education hours, in accordance with Massachusetts 258 CMR by the NASW-MA Collaborative. GISC offers fourteen programs that are ICF-certified or certification-pending at time of publication for coaches. Please see program descriptions for details.
