Mastering Executive Leadership 2023

Hybrid

Access the dramatic improvements in performance achieved only through reflection on who you really are, what you want to create, and how you influence others to realize your vision.

Mastering Executive Leadership (MEL)

One way of viewing leadership is that it encompasses three types of skill:

  1. "Knowing" - having a strong intellectual grasp of various models of leadership theory and how they might be applied to varying circumstances;
  2. "Doing" - having the skills to accomplish specific challenges; and
  3. "Being" - having the self-awareness, emotional intelligence and clarity about the alignment between organizational and personal values, beliefs and assumptions to be able to access a deep and inspirational leadership impact for your teams and organization as a whole.

While this program will broaden your knowledge of leadership theory and equip you with new skills in leading people and teams, Mastering Executive Leadership focuses on accessing the dramatic improvements in performance that can be achieved only through reflection on who you really are, what you want to create as a leader and how you want to influence to realize your vision.
