Exciting new program for Gestalt coaches!
One of the things that sets GISC’s coach training program apart from many others is the time spent practicing coaching and observing others practicing that our program design offers. Graduates tell us that the practicum sessions were the most challenging and rewarding aspect of the training we offer because of the opportunity to get real time feedback from faculty and program participants. We have decided to offer our alumni and other experienced coaches a stand-alone Coaching Practicum as part of our professional development series for coaches.
The Coaching Practicum program will be held monthly for three months. Each session will be four hours long. The Practicum will be led by a coaching faculty member and will be limited to six participants to maximize practice and learning. Additional Practicum offerings will be led by a different coaching faculty member in order to provide feedback from multiple perspectives. These sessions will be held virtually in order to minimize travel time and expense for participants.
