A human resources executive with an extensive background in compensation, talent management and organization development, Roderick has worked in numerous industries with responsibility for HR in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America. He has extensive experience coaching executive leadership teams and leading strategic change. He holds a BS in Education from Northwestern University and a MS in Organization Development from American University.

With over twenty years' experience in change management and leadership/organisation development, Lucy is a specialist in executive coaching, pairs coaching and executive team coaching. She also supervises and trains experienced consultants and coaches. Among her clients are PepsiCo, Royal Bank of Scotland, Unilever, Thames Water, Standard Life, Yahoo! and HSBC.

MCC

With over 30 years' experience in human resources and organizational development, Adriana has coached numerous companies and employees across the country. She has acted as a facilitator and consultant to executives in such areas as management training, organizational development, innovative relationship building and change management.

Heather Berthoud has practiced organization effectiveness for more than 30 years. She currently leads Berthoud Consulting, a trusted partner to organizational and community leaders that encourages organizations to experience, understand, and self-direct enterprises that are life-affirming in their means and ends. She combines a passion for social justice with a focused practical results-orientation. 

She has been faculty for the American University Masters in Organization Development and is a member of NTL Institute, and the Gestalt International Study Center.

Gestalt therapist in private practice, offering group, family, couples and individual therapy, consultation and supervision. A licensed clinical social worker, Carol has been a core faculty member of the Cape Cod Training Program since 2004. She is a past president and vice president of the Association for the Advancement of Gestalt Therapy (AAGT), 2000-2003.

Director of Leadership Development at GISC. Leadership coach and global organization development consultant. Debra brings cross-cultural experience to her passion for the learning and growth of organizations and people. With over 30 years' business experience, Debra’s capabilities include organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership coaching and cultural awareness. She's a member of GISC's board of directors.

PhD

Marcy is a Professor Emerita at Bentley University.  As a graduate of the Three-year Post-Graduate Training Program of Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Marcy has been a long time appreciative student of Gestalt teachings.  Her teaching, writing, and research interests revolve around diversity pedagogy, dynamics in cross-identity work relationships, and transitions in the “third phase” of life.

An African American licensed clinical psychotherapist in practice for over 30 years, Pamela is a graduate of the Gestalt institute of Philadelphia and the Cape Cod Couples program. She’s among the founders of The Black Women’s Health Project and a graduate of the Community Dharma Leadership program at Spirit Rock Meditation, CA.  She’s a founder of Delaware Valley Insight, which provides community sits and brings meditation teachers to Philadelphia for retreats.  Pamela co-leads a monthly Philadelphia People of Color meditation group and has a goal to expose more individuals to the benefits of meditation.  She has worked as a consultant around race issues for organizations.

Anita is an organization development professional, working as a partner in a Hungarian OD consultancy for over 20 years. Her projects include organizational change, leadership/talent development programs and individual/group/team coaching processes at multinational corporations, across all industries. Her most important goal is to support groups and individuals in working more openly, honestly and personally. She loves questions and curiosity, she believes that more often we question our beliefs and assumptions, the more we move forward.

With over 30 years' experience as a Gestalt practitioner, Sharona maintains a practice in Newton, MA as psychotherapist, coach, consultant and trainer. She has provided training, consultation, and coaching in corporate, non-profit and academic institutions in the US and abroad.

A leadership transitions coach and consultant, Louise offers 30 years of organizational development experience and a lifelong commitment to learning and growth. She is a GISC and ICF-certified coach with a primary interest in supporting others who are considering or experiencing a work/life transition.

PCC

Allison works with emerging leaders, entrepreneurs and leaders in transition while maintaining her position as CEO of Boston based F.H. Perry Builder. After over 25 years in business, Allison now seeks to support others in their development and understanding of personal presence, impact, and strategic change. Allison has a BS from Skidmore College and has studied business and leadership extensively. She is a GISC- and ICF-credentialed coach, a published author, noted local and national speaker, and recipient of several industry awards and recognitions.

MBA, PCC

A seasoned OD consultant and executive coach with over 25 years of experience as an external consultant, internal practitioner, and a leader of teams of practitioners. His global experience spans the corporate, healthcare, and not-for-profit industries. He presently leads the OD practice for a global biotechnology company and has his own consulting practice. James has an advanced degree in organizational psychology, completed the GISC Advanced Practice OD Consulting Certification program, and has studied at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.

BEng

Facilitator and consultant with over 30 years' experience leading and developing individuals, teams and organizations globally. Øyvind believes in creating growth through being open to new experiences and insights, building on strengths and having fun. He holds an engineering degree from University of Stavanger, Norway, and has completed training in leadership, OD and coaching.

Renya is a psychotherapist, leadership consultant and coach. For over twenty years, she has worked with clients in the healthcare and non-profit sectors, and also with fortune 500, Fortune 100 and Fortune 50 corporations. As a clinician, Renya works in a group practice that focuses on intimacy disorders.

An OD practitioner, Master coach, coach mentor, trainer and facilitator of leadership development with 27 years experience. Shanaaz assists individuals, teams and organisations to build healthy institutions, re-humanizing workplaces, one leader and team at a time. She's held roles as a senior government bureaucrat and senior executive manager at all levels of government in South Africa. Shanaaz is a graduate of the Gestalt ISC and the International Gestalt OD Programme, holds the GISC Advanced Practice OD Consulting qualification, and is an accredited Master Coach with the ICF.

Co-Director of the Cape Cod Training Program. Joe is a couples and family therapist, an organizational consultant, and author of numerous articles and book chapters on intimacy, ethics, and small groups. He has taught worldwide and is founding editor of Gestalt Review. He also serves on the GISC Board of Directors.

A psychotherapist, organizational consultant, and coach with a private practice in Portland, Maine, Spencer works with individuals, couples, teams and organizations with a focus on increasing self-awareness and improving communication skills. His focus is on personal and professional development using a highly interactive approach.

Co-Director of Coaching at GISC. President of Synchrony Point Coaching & Consulting, providing executive and leadership development coaching for individuals and teams, and operational consulting services for organizations. Grounded in deep business experience, an academic foundation in organizational psychology, and Gestalt principles, Jamie has over 30 years' experience managing complex business initiatives and leading service, sales, and marketing teams.

Therapist, GISC Certified Coach and Endorsed Mind-Body Coach, Melanie integrates new frontiers in Mind-Body Healing with a Gestalt approach in her work with adults and children. She works with: chronic pain syndromes, stress, anxiety and somatic symptoms. She also has a passion for helping highly sensitive people understand and embrace both their gifts and challenges.

An OD practitioner, coach, and facilitator with 30 years experience, Michael works with leaders and their teams from organizations of all sizes across numerous sectors. He has a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Learning and is recognized as a Certified Professional Facilitator by the International Association of Facilitators. His Gestalt training has taken place primarily in South Africa and the United States through the iGOLD programme, Gestalt International Study Center and the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.

Paul is an executive coach, leadership development and management consultant, working internationally across a wide range of industries. In his work with organizational leaders and teams he draws on a business career spanning 35 years, with senior executive experience in both privately held and publicly traded companies.  He is certified as a coach by GISC and the Leadership Circle. He’s been a member of the GISC faculty for over 20 years and served on the GISC Board for many years.

Marianne brings over thirty years of experience as an organization consultant, coach and leadership development professional.  Her combination of expertise, experience and collaborative approach enable her to help clients chart and walk a path to sustained success.   

Marianne has extensive training in Gestalt principles and methods.  She holds a Master degree in Corporate Education from Boston University, and a Master’s of Science degree in counseling from Southern New Hampshire University.  She is also an ICF certified coach.

Nancy is a licensed psychotherapist, certified trainer, and ICF certified Coach. She maintains a private practice in Bloomington, Indiana, offering coaching, consulting and psychotherapy to groups and individuals seeking growth and change in their personal and professional lives. Nancy's work in both nonprofit and for-profit sectors includes hospitals, schools, hospice, and prison settings, as well as behavioral health care institutions.

A primary care physician with 40 years’ experience in medical practice and healthcare organizational leadership. In his leadership roles, Les has been responsible for clinical operations, quality and safety, practice design, leadership training and building the quality of the physician workforce and most recently served as Chief Medical Officer at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. Les operates a coaching and consulting practice focused on performance improvement and leadership development and is a Harnisch Scholar at the Institute of Coaching in Boston.

Diane is an author, coach, and consultant who focuses on helping women succeed. A former primary care physician, Diane launched a writing career in 1996, drawing attention to ways to address clinician burnout, system inefficiency, and patient safety problems. She now runs a coaching company for women in medicine and works with professionals and emerging leaders in all fields who want a sustainable, balanced career. Diane is an ICF-certified coach, with more than 1,200 hours logged coaching healthcare professionals and leaders. She resides with her family in Boston.

An organization consultant, leadership coach, and coach supervisor living in Atlanta, GA, Jackie has 30+ years’ experience partnering with leaders in business, non-profit and government organizations to create sustainable change. Before starting The Jackie Sherman Group, she was an internal organization consultant at two large corporations. She holds a PhD in economics and a certificate in business, and has extensive training in Gestalt methodologies.

Co-Director of Coaching at GISC. A Gestalt practitioner with over thirty years of experience as a therapist, coach, consultant and trainer, Stuart is a partner at Management Support Services, Inc., and maintains a private practice in psychotherapy and coaching in Newton, MA. He is also a consultant, coach and trainer for the Corporate Education Group© and holds the ICF Master Certified Coach credential.

John is an executive coach and management consultant with over 30 years of experience as an internal and external practitioner. Experienced in human resources, talent management, leadership training, organizational development, and general management, John helps leaders and teams maximize potential, design and implement scaleable human-centric solutions, and lead transformational change.

Mary Anne was GISC Executive Director from 2012 to 2014, has held executive positions on the board of directors and is a long-time member of the GISC faculty. She was President of Walk & Associates, a global management consulting and coaching group, Executive Vice President of a software company in New York, and retired from AT&T as Vice President of Human Resources. She holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a MS from MIT as a Sloan Fellow
