GISC offers ongoing professional development and supervision groups for coaches in virtual and face-to-face groups. These groups meet monthly for 120 minute sessions.

In a supportive community of coaches, participants will have an opportunity to address their practice dilemmas, case examples, self-awareness issues as well as have time to practice, widen and deepen their coaching skills.

Participants

This program is designed for any coach seeking a group of dedicated peers with whom to engage in ongoing professional development under the guidance of experienced GISC faculty. Psychotherapists, counselors, leaders, or others looking to join a professional development group are encouraged to contact us to inquire about virtual or face-to-face groups in your field or geographic area.

Continuing Education

This program has been certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for 12 core competency hours. This program may also be used to satisfy ICF Group Mentor Coaching requirements; please contact the GISC office for details.
